Shipping, Delivery & Returns

General Information:

Products are delivered to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process.
For parcel tracking reasons, we generally cannot deliver orders to military bases or other military facilities.

Order Preparation and Shipping:

Stated timeframes are calculated in business days and apply from the day the order is placed, provided it is confirmed before 12:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
The timeframes indicated here cover the processing, preparation, and shipping of your order (dispatch from our warehouses).
They begin once the order is confirmed and full payment has been processed.
The carrier's delivery time (Colissimo / Pickup Point / Chronopost) must be added to this timeframe.
For orders containing multiple products, including a pre-order item, the shipping timeframe is based on the item with the longest lead time.
However, Stay Covered Europe reserves the right to split the order into multiple shipments at no extra cost to the customer.
Any item in stock is shipped the same day (for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). In all other cases, availability is specified on the product page and may range from 3 to 30 days, depending on the type of products ordered.

Delivery Times:
- The average delivery times stated are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouses and are based on business days. They apply from the day the order is placed, provided it is confirmed before 12:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). In exceptional cases and subject to confirmation, it may be possible to ship orders placed after 12:00 PM; please contact Customer Service at +33(0)5 35 46 66 01 to arrange this.

Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply to orders outside the European Union. Stay Covered Europe is not responsible for these charges, as they are determined by the destination country. You will be required to pay these fees and taxes to the carrier or postal service upon delivery of the package.

If the product is unsuitable, the wrong size, or defective, you have 14 days to return your package directly to our offices.
